How many children can fit in a moonbounce?Generally speaking, between 6 and 15 kids at one time. This really depends on the size of the children and the size of the moonbounce. For current pricing check our pricing page.Back To Top Are the bouncers clean?Yes. All Hopz!! units are thoroughly cleaned between each use. We are committed to making sure that your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. In addition to cleaning, we also safety check and troubleshoot all equipment before it goes out to another client. This way, you are always guaranteed a unit that is safe, clean and in good working order.You will be asked to sign an inspection report after the installer has set up your unit and walked you around it to verify that the equipment is in good condition. Back To Top What if it rains?We do not operate our moonwalks in high winds or rain. If recent weather has caused the bounce area to become muddy, you will need to locate an alternate location. Safety is our first concern.If your event may be canelled due to weather, you will be called 2 hours in advance. You may cancel at this time and receive a refund of your deposit. Back To Top Can you set up indoors?Yes. We can set up the moonbounces in gymnasiums, halls, churches, or any other area that can accommodate the height (ave. 16 feet) of the bounces. How can I place a reservation?You may place an order by calling us at (410)-456-6548 Do you deliver to my area?We deliver in a limited area around Carroll and Howard Counties, Maryland USA. We have recently expanded our delivery area due to demand. See our Delivery Area page for locations and delivery fees. If your area is not listed, call us to find out if we can deliver to your area.Back To Top Do you set up in parks?Yes. Please review the Park's requirements for parties. You should check and see if the park has electricity . We due have a generator for rent if needed.Back To Top How much room do I need?Since the units vary in size, please check the detail page for the size of your unit and add at least 1 foot around the perimeter. Also, if you're not sure what size your yard is, you can measure it or "walk it off" heel to toe in a man's shoe (it'll be about 1 foot per step) to approximate. If you can imagine two parked cars side by side in your set up area, most likely we can fit the unit of your choice in that area. Also, most 2 car driveways can accommodate most units. Don't forget your vertical clearance! You'll need an area free of low wires and branches, about 16-17 feet high.Back To Top How much room do you need to bring the bouncer in?A standard walk through gate is fine. We bring the unit rolled up and wheel it in on a standard hand truck (dolly). If a person can comfortably walk through, we can fit the bouncer through too!Back To Top Can you set up on my driveway?Yes. We prefer to set up in a lawn or grassy area if possible because it is easier to secure the unit but we can set up in a parking lot, driveway, or other hard surface. We will not set up on a gravel driveway.If you have a 2 car width driveway, most likely our bouncer will fit. A slight slope is not a problem. Typically, we will place the entrance of the unit at the top of any slope. Back To Top My yard slopes a bit- will that be OK?Yes. A slight slope is not a problem. Typically, we will place the entrance of the unit at the top of any slope. If the slope is more than a little, we may not be able to set up in that location. Your installer may request an alternate location so please have one in mind. The safety of the children is the most important consideration when selecting a setup area.Back To Top Does it need electricity? How much does it use?Yes. We will bring a 50 or 100 foot extension cord with us, so you'll need an outlet near the set up area. The blower runs continuously.Back To Top What time do you deliver and pickup the bouncer?Rental periods vary. The typical range of rental time is 4 hours to all day (7 or 8 hours). You decide on the specific time you want the bouncer set up by and we'll have the equipment set up between 30 minutes and 2 hours before that start time. Also, you do not pay for our set up time, all rental periods are jumping time only! Pick up is based on the number of hours you rent for. If you have special requirements for an exact setup or pick up time, (for example, your event is in a location that you have rented for a specific amount of time) let us know.Back To Top How far in advance do I need to order?We suggest 3-5 weeks before your scheduled party date. However, we generally have inventory available for last minute bookings, if you are not too picky about style preference. All units are booked on a first come first served basis.Back To Top My party is tomorrow. Can I still get a rental?Maybe! Give us a call and we will try to work it in. Anytime there is a short window of time between the booking and the event where you will not be able to mail a deposit, we MAY require a credit card to hold your reservation.Back To Top |
